Sport Durst Ram Truck Center

Bought a nearly $100,000 vehicle and the dealership is not providing me with the documents that I can get a title and ownership of the vehicle and they tell me they are unable to get the title for me, the BEACON system is not accepting the scanned images they provided. Resupplied documents and still being told they will not be able To provide me with Title! Their just totally ignoring my calls; from sales, from finance and from the Titling Department. Will being calling corporate tomorrow, although little hope there. Will likely need to hire a lawyer. Do yourself a BIG favor, DONT go to this place.

I had a few issues with my truck and called this shop, I was expecting to wait a few days for an appointment but they told me to bring it in that day. I dropped it off and unfortunately it snowed the next day so the part I needed was delayed, they gave me updates to let me know what was going on. One of the best service departments I have worked with for sure. Jon was my point of contact and he took care of everything.

I bought a truck from Sports Durst in CH/Durham and initially used their Truck Center for service. I didn’t like service there in part because the fella at the truck center was always snarky - rude even- so eventually I transitioned away from them. I’ve been getting my service elsewhere, but recently received a text message from SD that a recall was due. I also needed new tires so I thought I would give sports durst another try. I called them to make an appointment to get my recall handled and to get a new set of tires. I got bounced around and ended up with a guy that was dismissive, not helpful, rude. No customer service skill. He asked me what size and type tires I wanted and I said I didn’t know. He told me to go online to figure it out. No joke. It was almost as if he didn’t

My Ram 5500 broke on a Tuesday, and this was the only dealer I could get to even call me back in the area. They were honest about their timeline and told me it would probably be Monday before they could look at it but to go ahead and bring it in. I brought the truck in Wednesday, and they called me Thursday to tell me they were able to get it in the shop and were already working on it. They had the truck repaired by Friday and told me to come get it. Truck runs great, and I’m very pleased with the faster than expected service.

I had an electrical issue with my RAM 1500. I had taken it to no less than 5 other service shops, including another RAM dealership. The other RAM dealership had my truck for 8 days, fixed nothing, and charged me 850. This place had it for 24 hrs, fixed everything, and charged me less than 200 bucks. These guys know their stuff!
