My salesman Austin Hamilton was awesome!! My whole experience there was great, but Austin went above and beyond to help me in the car buying ordeal. We had a great test drive. And he showed me exactly what I asked for. Not what he wanted me to buy, or thought I'd be a good fit in financially or that they wanted to get off their lot. You repeating It doesn't change the fact your warranty rep stated you would cover it. Because a battery shouldnt go bad in a year. Regardless of your bs reply. She said they would cover it. She said they would call. Dont lie to customers. Period. But from your other reviews yall are still just the same scam place. You know, you always have hope for a business when they get a new owner.But no. I bought a jeep there approximately a year ago I purchased it brand new. I’ve had only pleasant experiences here. From purchasing my Ram1500, Jaida was knowledgable and personable answering any questions I had. She was Great! Mr.Lavell is the man, to make it happen for you. He was able to make the process and financing seamless, working out any and all details and even negotiated a spray in bed liner for my Ram. It looks great. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and went beyond what Id experienced at any other dealership. Even Jay in the financing department worked with me staying after hours to make sure I was covered and equipped with any extended warranty and roadside service coverage I might need in the future. My husband and I drove 140 miles to this dealership and drove home with a 2024 Mazda CX90. We had the BEST experience! Our Salesman Tyler Crook was so helpful and knowledgeable....and just a lot of fun to talk to! Dave and Joe from the finance department helped us get the payment we needed and we were so very appreciative for that.
