Got a pre purchase inspection here and loved my experience. They have ice cream for customers and otter pops that my kids loved and the nicest dogs. Friendly, professional, honest, fair prices, overall a great experience.

May 2023 Its unfortunate for me to leave this as my last update as a review for Stagg. I had looked forward to writing many more positive for those who were looking at sending their cars in. WARNING I had brought my car in twice to identify a noise that had been coming from the front end. After the first visit (in Feb) it had seemed to be fixed however the noise reappeared a couple weeks later. The owner of the shop quickly Identified the problem when I simply drove by to get his opinion. He found the Ball Joint to be the issue. Later that week we drove the car in and his other mechanics had failed to find the problem recommending that the control arms in the future be replaced but nothing with the Ball Joint. I wish I could put zero stars!! Horrible experience. We had our AC serviced here and less than a year later it went out. Two years later and we are $3000 deep in fixing our AC AGAIN! And after they serviced our car we questioned them about some of it and he yelled at me and told me to never come back ever again. Even after I called back and told him I wanted to talk it through. Major ego issues. Don't go here!!!! Replying to the owners reply: If questioning how it could have come loose is treating people like garbage then 10000% I'm guilty of that. The minute I showed any sign of frustration that this happened I was immediately an "emotional woman" I think is what you said to my dad. There’s no reason to ever go to the dealership thanks to these guys. They’ve been working on our vehicles (Toyota, Honda, Mercedes) for 2 years now and haven’t had a single issue. Very reasonable pricing and great team.
