Star Auto Body

After I hit a deer smack in the middle of my front end, pushing the grill and both front side panels back, there was no question where I would have it towed. Star Auto Body has repaired other deer impact collisions on other vehicles in the past. They have always done exceptional work. This time it was no different. Our insurance company total our Murano although it looked like it needed to be in my simple opinion. The insurance also did not agree to replacing a bracket that “might have been damaged” when Star Auto Body requested that. After the repair, the adaptive cruise control would only engage sporadically and would often just turn off while in use. I was involved in a crash with my 2021 Ram truck that only had 8,000 miles on it. I was bummed to say the least. Ron and Joe are really good guys, and they were very accommodating. When I got my truck back, you’d never know it was involved in a crash. I would definitely recommend Star Auto. John

I had a great experience working with Star Auto Body and Joe in particular. My car looked great when they were done, which was sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

These guys were so patient with arranging a time I could be without my vehicle. They worked with my insurance company to my favor also. Excellent job and service!!

Got an estimate and scheduled an appointment. A week prior to the appointment the owners son calls and wants a down payment which equals the full amount of my estimate. I inquire about the original estimate at that time and he insists it is now double the original estimate. I ask to speak to the owner, he refuses to let me talk to him. I call back several times over the next few days to talk to the owner and his son answers every time claiming I can't talk to him. This seems like a very bad way to run a business. I guess I will now be going elsewhere.
