Once again they came through and addressed a computer issue that was critical for safely driving the car. Kelly was great in getting right to this fix by end of day. Awesome dealership.

Car was in for 2 months awaiting parts from GM , had good communication from Kelly in service cept me up to date , luckily had a rental car so took a lot of stress of this , parts came in and they were able to fix my car same day . Overall was a good experience working with Kelly and Chip helped as well !

We were from out of town and had transmission failure. Our vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a timely matter. Shane Nicely was outstanding. He treated my wife and me like long-time customers. I will look for an opportunity to do business at Starling Chevrolet again.

Shane Nicely makes the whole experience very pleasing, as he made me feel important. He arranged rides to home, and back when the truck was finished, and called me to ask about an issue that arose when in the midst of repair.
