Update... Owner got back with us after this post and refunded our money!!! Looks like they were working on the bay!!! Usually very satisfied with this carwash but the last time I tried to use it, it took my money and didnt start the wash! I called the posted phone number several times that day and days after. Left messages. Still no response. We will not be using it again and will definitely let others know about my experience.

Guess it’s a good car wash when it works. The touchless side didn’t even spray or clean the right side of my truck. Tried calling the number they have posted everywhere and it goes straight to voicemail. I spend a lot of money to wash my truck weekly so this place lost a good customer. Use at your own risk is all I gotta say!

Terrible wash experience. I payed 15 dollars for touchless wash. The pre wash brush and tub it is in is constantly filthy and full of bugs and debris. The chemicals were empty and/or not working. The dryers when leaving bay,need to be adjusted back as well as the pressure washer on the main wash system itself. Complacent maintenance here. If they're the owners, that explains a lot.

Paid for the $11 wash. Bristles are missing, and cycle didn't rinse off. Ended with the rubber bumper SITTING ON MY HOOD. We couldn't leave pulling forward. Called the phone number multiple times but no one would answer

The Starr Carwash washing units do a great job. My truck comes in dirty and leaves with a shine and all I had to do is spend 12 mins of time.
