Everyone here at CDJR Step One of Fort Walton was extremely nice and very helpful. We just stopped in last week to check out a Rebel, had no real intentions of actually buying a new truck that day. Daniel met us when we pulled up, greeted us like a pro even though he was new there. Jeff ultimately ended up handling everything past that, and let's just say, I LOVE my new Ram Rebel. They didn't waste our time with hours of waiting and constant back and forth. They stated their position, we stated ours, and quickly came to meet at an agreeable amount. Ended up driving out with a clean truck and a new hat. Thank you everyone at Step One, you definitely have a future customer.

Made the process so easy & it was so fast, I was at the dealership maybe 1 1/2 hours and that’s with testing driving!! I live an hour away & they had my Jeep detailed with a full tank before I even showed up! Very very happy with my Jeep Wrangler!! I definitely recommend them!!!

I recently purchased a 2011 Challenger SRT8 from this dealership. The sales staff was good at assisting me as I was purchasing sight unseen. The car was pretty much as my sales associate Duane Endinger described and he also sent a walk-around video. I had the car shipped to my location and after receiving it , I had some minor issues. 1. Only one key for the car. As a dealership they could have easily made me a second key. 2. The underside splash panels were removed by the tech who serviced the car and not put back up and were in the trunk. Not an easy job to do in a driveway, but I put them back on. 3. The car had a very rough idle even after warming up. On further inspection I noticed the air cleaner top cover wasn't on properly. The same tech who changed the filter installed the top in

CDJR of Ft. Walton is a GREAT PLACE to do business I seen a Jeep Wrangler on line that I just feel in love with and seriously thought it was out of my budget. Adam Underwood was tremendously helpful and very personable. The finance process is a long process when you have less than perfect credit and that is why I thought the Wrangler would be out of my budget and with my past experience in the auto industry, however Roy and Johnathan (even though he is from New Jersey) worked hard to get it close enough to my goal payment that it was still obtainable.
