We were hesitant to come back because of our last experience, but because of Bobby we will definitely return. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided the service that we felt was so lacking in our last visit. He was quick to follow up and did not pressure us into purchasing anything more than what we came in for and our recall was handled quickly.

Service was excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the appointment was on time and my vehicle service was quick, maybe 45 minutes. All of this is much appreciated since my past experiences with other dealerships have been scheduling a month out and then waiting for hours on the service.

The crew is very nice and Bobby in the service department was very helpful. My car needs more work than I can afford based on the diagnostic test. So, I had to hold off on those repairs for now. That's life. But the service was fine.

Special shout out to dodge Chrysler Jeep in Fort Walton Beach Florida. I had a tire issue and an alignment issue that I needed done. They quickly got me into the shop and quickly got all four tires mounted balance and the line perfectly it's a blessing to have a dealership in our community like them. Their staff are the best people in the world. They're always friendly kind and don't hesitate to look out for a customer no matter what they need. Horrible service. Recommend everyone to stay away from this dealer. Made an appointment, dropped my vehicle off and left only to receive a call 25 minutes later saying they didn't have enough time to perform the service. Scheduled another appointment the next week, dropped my vehicle off again, received another call saying my vehicle wasn't safe to drive and I neded all new brakes and new ball joints. My brakes are almost new and all my ball joints were recently replaced. I requested pictures 2 times of the brake pads they said were bad and never received them, because they knew they were lieing.
