This is my second time visiting this location, the first time was for my 2000 oil change and it was so awful, rude, not organized, and horrible service. Today i did my 3000 and I met someone named Lucas, I can say it was the best service I have received in a very long time from this place. This man Lucas knows exactly about his job and he was very kind and offered me and my daughter snacks and coffee. When my car was finished he asked me if I had time for them to clean the outside of my car and I said "yes please" they cleaned my car and checked the pressure of my tire, then Lucas made sure I was satisfied with what was done. Edgar/Andrew Chavez greeted us immediately and helped my husband get a good deal on the car he was looking for. He was very attentive and understanding of our needs. My husband left with the Volkswagen Tiguan he wanted!! He did so great that I ended up coming back the next day to buy another car from him. I had told him about a jeep I was interested at one of their other locations, he went that next day to pick it up so I can test drive it! Saved my husband and I a 30 min trip to Crestview. Laura was a great help. Very informative. She helped me with setting up my service on my passot. Informed me of my maintenance and when i should do flushes to keep my vehicle running tip top shape. Informed me of upcoming maintenance when recommend mileage to get them done at. She's a great help and couldn't have also for better service. You guys have a great one on your hands
