I took my car in without an appointment and it had loss power and the service advisor Lucas was so kind, polite, helpful, respectful and professional. This kind of service is very rare these days. He got me and my wife a courtesy ride home and called me when the problem had been diagnosed. I asked the price of the repair and he said no charge because the part was still under warranty and that made my day. In addition he arranged a courtesy ride to pick me up bring me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I am just amazed at the level of professionalism and courtesy at this dealership. A very special thank you to Lucas, you are amazing!!!

When I made my appointment Laura was very sweet, yet professional. When I dropped my car off, Laura kept me updated on what was needed. After I approved what was recommended, she continued to update me on the status of the repair. I am very pleased on the job done on my car and how I was treated. I was blown away with the service when we purchased the car and drove the hour to get it serviced. However, the last two times I had the car serviced, the employee taking payment told me the services we had was not included in the service package we had purchased. First time was over $800 and I asked if it was covered, he rudely said no we didn’t have that package. He said he was positive it wasn’t. After a supervisor came over, he advised the employee it was. Went this past week, same employee same rude service, said the oil change was not included. I asked him to check again and he advised it was probably a third party and wasn’t showing on his screen. I told him this happened last time. He then checked another screen that showed it was covered and blamed me for not mentioning the packa

Bought my 2013 VW Beetle there to have the belt tensioner and the serpentine belt replaced. We brought our parts with us because we thought we could fix it at home. Unfortunately we couldn’t. After calling our maintenance plan, they used our parts and replaced everything. Amanda was great! So was the team that fixed it! We will go back…if we have anymore issues with our car.

Working in the auto industry myself I know how difficult the process for service and repair can be, but with working with Laura, all of that worry and stress melts away. She works diligently to make sure us customers are taken care with the utmost care. Each interaction feels very personal as if she has a personal stake in the service we need! Kudos!
