Trench collapsed and sunk my mini ex (Kx71-3), called 4-5 local & Cola companies for help. All roads led to Stillinger. Took Mack & Brandon less time to lift the thing out of its dirt prison than it did for me to finally find someone capable of the job. Called & talked to Mack at 1:09pm. Video of them pulling me out is time stamped 1:41pm. Less than 1 hour. If their promptness and courtesy doesn’t sell you, the pricing will; I was quoted ballpark $1k+ by folks that needed time to think of a solution. Mack quoted me $400 sign unseen and guess what I paid…? $400. If you need advice on creating life-long customers please give Stillinger Body Shop in Orangeburg a call, because as far as I’m concerned they wrote the dang book.

The day before Christmas eve 2016. I had a wheel bearing go bad on my trailer out on I95 in Santee, SC. I had a load of produce bound for New Jersey. And was then going to drive home to Virginia just in time for Christmas. They not only came out and got me. They went far out of their way to help me. They pulled apart one of their own trailers to get me going again. Not only was I able to make my delivery in New Jersey. But I was also able to get home in the early hours of Christmas morning. They probably could have charged at least 1000.00 more than they did but the owner seemed very concerned for me and my situation. I am very grateful for all that they did for me. My husband was on his way home to Florida from Charlotte and broke down at a gas station. Being that he has a 5500 flatbed it is very hard to find a tow company, he was referred to Stillinger for the tow and then we found that they also service heavy duty trucks. We have had so many issues with dealerships, or even finding a shop that can handle heavy duty trucks. We’re so happy to find them! They were able to get his truck back up at half the price, with better customer service and overall service on his truck. We will definitely take that 4 hour drive back to them for all of our service needs in the future!

Transmission went out on May 24 2023. Friday 26 they had it out and shipped off to be rebuilt. The following week on the 31st . They called to tell me it ready. Did I mention it was also a holiday weekend. It just amazed how quickly they fixed it because most places I’ve had do work will let sit for a week or two before they touch it. They did great work with quick turnaround and very reasonably priced. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU FOLKS ARE AWSOME

Wow, thank goodness for Mr Mac. I was about 30 miles from my house and my dual axle trailer had major problems. He dropped everything to come pick it up. Very professional and a great guy. Thanks Mr Mac.
