I’m very disappointed with the service department I wanted an oil change on my vehicle and I requested that it wasn’t done by the quicklane they said those are the only ones who do the oil changes. I’ve been to multiple ford dealerships and have never once has my request been denied. I only buy performance vehicles from ford like Shelby’s and raptors you would think when you spend 100s of thousands on vehicles they would take care of you as requested.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. The communication was horrible, and they used a third-party service for licensing and registration, which only caused headaches. While I was at the DMV for over two hours, I had to call the dealership more than 20 times just to speak to a human instead of getting a voicemail. They offered zero help during this time. The finance department has temporary staff who have no clue what they are doing. I also had to call the dealership to ask about my in-transit tags that they forgot to put on. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, I would think again. Nothing but headaches post-purchase with no one to help. Now, I am waiting for my refund as I was overcharged by almost $1,000 for my licensing and registration.

My mother and I had a very positive experience with the service department, and specifically, Jared L. The work completed on her Ford Fusion was thorough and so far seems to have successfully addressed the concerns we had. Jared was wonderful to work with- easy/friendly communication, patient, honest, and helpful! I also appreciated the timely shuttle service for my mother when her car was being repaired. We will return in the future.

Great dealership, great experience. As an out of state buyer, they picked me up at the airport & made the process efficient. Kevin, the sales agent, was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend should the need arise

Took vehicle into service dept. to fix the console compartment door, which was stuck due to too much stuff put into the console, & then shutting the sliding door. Door was moved off the track & became stuck. Mechanic took the console apart & freed up the sliding door. No charge for this service. Always good courteous work done at Stivers. My go-to place for buying or servicing my vehicles.
