Be careful buying here!! We were ready with a check from the bank to buy. The vehicle was four wheel drive and only two tires were replaced. There were a few other concerns with the vehicle. Instead of ensuring the issues would be looked into and corrected, the salesperson tried to justify the problems. Instead of ensuring the right thing would be done, the sales manager told us to wait and he’d get back to us. They were going to replace the tires for the same asking price but not address any additional concerns from the car facts or when the vehicle was test driven. I bought my car in 2017 April. It was not a VW but a token Ford on the lot. The deal was appealing 22k miles with some warranty remaining. The engine looked cosmetically clean. The finance mgr said it belonged to a relative of his and vouched for the vehicle. I told them I never bought a car before and that I didn't have a benchmark to evaluate what's good and that I hoped they will be transparent with me. I also told them I am intending to drive it quite seldom since I am a year round cyclist and I live in the city. I took a test drive around and I actually asked the young sales guy whether the noise was normal. he said Ford Focus is known to be noisy, his supervisors also told me the same thing over the phone. I was in the area for a funeral service and had a flat tire. Jack Smith was super helpful and got me back on the road. Raheem helped out by escorting me to my car and assisting with that process. Super generous. More than fair. If I ever need service in the area, I'll be found at Stohlman.

Worst experience that I ever had for dealing a car and also rude staff. Never ever do business with them.
