I came in with a large wound to my leg. I spent 11 weeks at the facility receiving wound care, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Juli, my wound care nurse, did a fantastic job of caring for my wound and is a big reason I did not lose my leg. The therapists were knowledgeable and helped me get back on my feet as well as the nursing and tech staff. They were some of the most caring people I have ever known. They all helped keep my spirits up while healing me physically, especially nurses Lexie, Margaret and Gail. The administrative staff were so helpful during my stay and when it was time for me to go home. I am doing great because of the care I received! Thanks for everything! Wanda, Kim & Floyd

I would like to give 4 1/2 stars. There were minor cleaning details which is why I didn’t give 5 stars but overall had a great experience here. Therapy team was incredible and the wound nurse does an amazing job! Food is pretty good too! Activity lady does a good job. I would recommend coming here.
