*****Edit***** *They came back out after I called and cut up the tree they knocked down and also fixed the neighbor’s fence. Updating from a 1 Star to a 3 Star review for the effort. ***** ***** Totally disrespectful experience. Got linked up with them through AAA for a simple wench job to get my car out of a ditch by my driveway. They showed up and accidentally pulled their passenger front side tire off the driveway and then they toppled their own rig into a ravine. They then utilized one of my own trees to pull their own rig out, and the tree snapped and they went forward even further. In order to get out, they just drove forward and destroyed the asphalt on my driveway and literally drove straight through my neighbor’s fence. I was then told “sorry about your luck buddy. AAA provided me with Stooksbury's Towing and boy am i glad they did. Janine was a pro all the way. It was'nt her first rodeo. My situation was a difficult one, but she knew just what to do. Had to use the wench and do a side pull, as my truck was in my garage. Got my truck out and loaded up in no time and did it safely, without any damage to anything. They were on time, very friendly, just what you want from a towing company. I definetly recommend Stooksbury's if you have a choice !!!

I could not say enough great things about this towing company. I was in town for a truck show and my truck broke down the morning of. I was very concerned because it was a lifted show truck and worried that it wouldn't be loaded onto the flat bed properly. But in comes Janine and Justin. They were incredible, knowledgeable and had taken there time to load it properly. You could absolutely tell that Janine knew what she was doing. Hopefully if I'm in Sieverville again, I won't break down but if I do, I will definitely request them.

Big shoutout to Stooksbury’s Towing and Justin. Justin saved the day! Being from out of state and having vehicle issues while trying to relax, no bueno. Transmission issues, had to be towed. I have AAA. Justin was “Justin on the spot!” 15 minutes! Performed task with care and professionalism. Justin was very personable and a joy to talk with. With Justin being a local, he knew the business we were using and he informed us that we had chosen well. This laid my concerns to rest and as it turn out, he was correct. If you are ever in the area and need assistance, I highly recommend Stooksbury’s Towing.

10/18/25 = 1st Tow ~ "Jordan" was incredible, and took great care of us .. getting our dead truck off the side of the mountain and towed to a shop in Sevierville. 10/19/25 .. Our truck got the all clear at the shop the next day ... (couldn't get it to "act up"). We took our rental car back and picked up our truck. Drove 1/4 mile down the road and it stalled out, and died again. I called Stooksbury's and was told it might be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait (just as the day before. But "JOE JACKSON" who answered the phone, heard my distraught voice, asked me again where we were located .. and said "you know what, I'll throw on my gear and hop in a truck and I'll be there in 20 minutes".
