I was totally satisfied with the body work and the mechanical work that was done! My car is better than when I had it!! Everything looks great ! The staff was friendly and helpful. There only frustration is dealing with insurance companies that don't want OEM parts!! They want you the customer to have what you deserve!! Image that?!! Totally recommend them!!

Straightline was amazing to work with! They communicated every step of the way from the time they got my vehicle to the time to pick it up. My Jeep looks just like when I bought it and drives great. I highly recommend Staightline! The owner is amazing and I appreciate everything they have done for me!

They did an amazing job! My car looks like I just bought it. They even cleaned the inside. I had a longer wait time due it being a Mercedes parts took longer ect. But owner compensated me for my wait and I’m extremely happy with work they did! Owner is very professional every employee I spoke with was very nice an helpful. I definitely recommend this company. My services are with warranty and my paint looks amazing ❤️❤️Thank everyone of you who took great care of me

My 2017 Camry Looking like new again ! I was in my first ever accident and had no idea what I needed to do. This shop not only helped with the repairs but getting me into a rental while they fixed my car, and then took care of it all with insurance too. regarding both repairs and the rental I needed to be able to work. . Couldn’t have been easier and I appreciate All the help making this first accident easy peasy. The office checked in often and always answered my call when I had a question and I picked it up when promised . Guys not only did my car get fixed the outside and the inside looks cleaner than it has in some years. Thanks !

Straighline went above and beyond my expectations! I seriously wanted to cry when I seen the finished product. Dennis and the team did an amazing job! I appreciated the updates given by Ms. Vicky and the guidance regarding the rental. They washed my car and vacuumed and they even fixed something on my seat that was loose. I literally just noticed it after having my car back for two days! Lol… I’m a very satisfied customer 👌🏾
