Straightline keeps my cars in great shape with repairs, maintenance, advice and fixing things I’ve overlooked. John & Kristina have helped me tremendously in deciding the best way to keep my cars on the road. Mechanics Jeff & Steven consistently impress me with their eye for detail and high quality work. This week, Straightline replaced my Lexus cruise control after 243,000 miles, quickly & at a very reasonable price. I’m highly confident in the reliability and performance of my cars because I have Straightline backing me when there’s a problem or just preventative maintenance. Have always had incredible experiences with Straightline. Once again, another one! Brought my wife’s car in as the check engine light came on. They assured me the car was still under warranty with the dealer and recommended we take it there before coming back to them. Easily could have taken our money, but honest people doing honest work. Every time I’ve taken my car to Straightline on Moberly I’ve always left feeling really happy, satisfied and treated awesome. Especially Kristina at the front desk. The technicians are always honest and straight up with what needs to be done. Most recently I had an issue with my headlights. They actually did research on the issue and let me know it was a factory defect. They printed all documentation for me to bring into the dealership and didn’t charge me a thing. I chose this shop because it was nearby, and I keep going back because they do great work, and demonstrate a great deal of integrity. I'm a (relatively) young woman who doesn't know anything about cars - in fact I had barely driven a vehicle in 15 years before buying a 1986 Chevy El Camino - because I thought it would be cool. And it IS cool, but it's also intimidating. The professionals at Straightline have helped me feel at ease. They are knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and kind. Straightline Automotive in Bentonville is the best. John and Christina took great care of my vehicle. They were honest, helpful, and very quick. John told me over the phone that if I came early in the morning, they could diagnose the issue—and they did exactly that. Not only did they diagnose it, they actually fixed it within about an hour. I highly recommend this place!
