Straightline Automotive

Kinny and the rest of the staff have been amazing at helping to get a 23 y/o van I purchased last year running safely and reliably. I'm grateful that they allow me to bring my dogs in with me over the several times I have had to use their services. I also appreciate how they have "assigned" one technician to work on the van every time... It's comforting to know that one expert already knows its "quirks" so may be quicker at noticing if something else is going wrong. I am a single, disabled lady, and have come to truly trust these guys with my every vehicle service need.

Love this place. Chandler, JJ, Jerry, and Sam have taken excellent care of me. They're great fun to talk to, and they do good work. Above all else, they're honest. I get my oil changed here on the regular, but I also had a shock replacement done. All of the above services were great and reasonably priced. The whole staff here deserves a raise! Thank y'all!

Straightline Automotive is absolutely the best in NWA. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly, handled efficiently, and done right the first time. They’re honest, professional, and genuinely care about their customers, which is rare to find these days. I felt valued and confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. Highly recommend Straightline Automotive to anyone looking for top-quality service and people you can trust!

I came into the shop and told them I needed to diagnose whether my engine had a lifter tick or rod knock. Gave me a 75 dollar diagnostic fee to tell me it may be a lifter or rod knock which I already knew. They may be good at checking oil but don't use them for anything that requires any mechanical knowledge.

I called on Monday to get a pinion seal replaced. They offered to take me in on Tuesday but I couldn’t come until Wednesday. I arrived around 7:45 am and they had me done around 9:30. The waiting area was great with WiFi. I was very satisfied with the service and price. I recommend them.
