Brought my friends car here for a diagnostic. I have never had a more pleasant and personal experience in a car place. As a woman going to this small shop I was worried because you hear stories. This was the best experience I’ve had! If my cars need anything I will definitely be back. Everything was talked through in detail even going as far to show me the platform that runs the check on the car. Being able to see everything and understand it was such a nice surprise. 100 percent recommend.

Ron is a great communicator of the issues that are going wrong with your vehicle, he takes the time to diagnose even the most challenging of issues and then explain the different options available to resolve. With low overhead and a passion for the actual physics of failure mechanisms Ron is the best Engineering Technician money can buy. I personally wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Too many crooks out there, I’ve seen it all. Big thanks to Ron for fixing a problem my mini had not even the dealer could figure out. And the fix was a simple & cheap! Replacement of the oil pressure valve! And that’s it!!

Life saver ! Our tire went flat near Danvers. We had to go all the way to Boston to return our car but the tire started hissing, luckily I found this auto shop and he saved my day. He did an excellent patch work on my tire and it held on really well until I reached Boston, not a single point of air dropped. Really saved 2 hours at least preventing road side assistance. Jim is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. He's quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed both Mercedes and Volkswagen vehicles for us over the last 10-15 years. He is always smarter, faster and cheaper than the dealerships. If you don't need a fancy wait area with free coffee or a complimentary car wash, go to Stuttgart Northeast and get it fixed right the first time. I wish I could bring my F150 to him!
