I have a 2020 Subaru Legacy. i went in to the Fort Myers Subaru today for a maintenance check on her (her being my car), and the experience was lovely !! Ashley was so kindhearted, and extremely thorough when giving me information on Loans and Leases available for my car. she created fun and lively conversation while i was getting coffee, was very knowledgeable and professional, and definitely made the experience much more lovely for me! Ed B. was fantastic! i don't know much about cars, but he perfectly navigated the vague descriptions i did my best to come up with, and helped me build confidence that my car would be inspected thoroughly and fixed accordingly. honestly, i have nothing bad to say. Subaru Fort Myers has an amazing team !!
Michael Fendley was very helpful and patient explaining the computer use with my Forester. The class which was offered when I purchased my vehicle was great, however while driving questions came up. Michael answered them easily. It is nice to know he is willing to help out as time goes on. Thank you!
