So glad I found SubiWorx! I brought in my 2011 Outback, and the difference in service compared to the dealerships was night and day. All you have to do is explain what you need, schedule an appointment (they’re busy for a reason!), and relax knowing your Subaru is in the best hands possible. The quality of both the parts and the workmanship is top-notch, and the advice they give is always focused on what’s best for your car’s long-term health — not just a quick fix. If you’re looking for an honest, experienced shop that’s been specializing in Subarus for over 20 years, SubiWorx is the place. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Today was my first time trying out Subiworx and I was extremely satisfied with their work, knowledge, and customer support. The team specializes in Subaru vehicles and knows their stuff. The most frustrating experience ever! The never called us back, they had the car for 6 months and on the last possible day as we were moving the next day they said they had the car fixed. We were busy packing so we went the next morning and it wasn’t done. Something else went wrong and we waited half the day at the shop. Finally they said go home (we waited 3 hours by now for it to be done again.) The called us at 5 to come pick up the car. The car does seem to be driving okay. But the tire they fixed has already gone flat twice. And I think it probably would have been another month of working on it if we were not moving. The not answering the calls or text was the worst part. We had to drive down there every time to get an update, and the updates were always bad. I get the car needed a l
