Suds Brothers Express Car Wash

On February 7, 2026, I went through this car wash and left with multiple scratches on my vehicle that were not there beforehand. The damage is clearly visible on the door panels and near the handle area. I immediately reported the issue and filed a damage claim with staff the same day. I provided photos and followed their process as instructed. Unfortunately, after filing the report, I never received any meaningful follow-up or resolution. I understand accidents can happen, but what’s disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication afterward. If you use this car wash, I strongly recommend inspecting your vehicle carefully before and after. Great place to clean your car. Curiosity got me when I saw my sister's and BIL's car. I thought they cleaned their cars in their home. Looks like it had a detailing services. Price is awesome. With towels,cleaning sprays for interior and exterior parts of the car with air freshener, too!

After my first visit at suds brothers I decided to purchase a membership. My car looks brand new all over again from suds brothers offering free amenities to them offering touch-less car wash. I definitely recommend 10/10 !

This review is for the basic $8 service which entailed the presoak, bug prep, rim and wheel cleaner, soap, drying agent, and a rinse (according to their website). I desperately needed a car wash so I went to Suds for the first time, seemed like a good choice based on the reviews. Also seems like it’s only a good choice if you pay for the top service or monthly service. I would say my Mazda SUV is at least a mid-sized SUV and yet it barely got touched by any of the brushes, especially on the passenger side. I also don’t recall seeing any soap being sprayed onto my car. I was embarrassed driving out of the car wash because my car looked worse than when it came in, at least before it was uniformly dirty. Isn’t a car wash at its core purpose supposed to wash your car, even at the basic service

I love this carwash!! Efficient process from driving through the touch screen payment kiosk, into the carwash, and plenty of parking spots for the use of an air hose and vacuuming inside your car. I love how they offer microfiber cloths to help with touching up spots. They have an unlimited carwash option for members and a one time payment option starting at $8 to $16 as the most expensive option.
