Suds Express Car Wash

I received a coupon for a free wash. This got my car mostly clean- there was an area on the top of my small SUV/crossover that stayed dry and had dust still on it. There was also soap in my back windshield and in the door jambs. I feel that’s pretty standard for this type of wash. The drying towels were damp which was a bit off-putting. I liked that window cleaner was available to use yourself along with vacuums. I would return to this wash.

I was the first customer and came 10 minutes after they opened and they took long to take my car, I was like that’s understandable… Afterwards I wanted to clean my car on the inside and they didn’t have any towels or anything outside, it was freezing as we’re on cold weather so I was waiting inside my car for the products and towels so I can clean it but I had to go to work so I left, waited around 15 minutes for them to take things that I’m paying with my membership… I almost cancelled my membership but It’s the closest car wash close to my house in Sevierville. Disappointing

Good car wash. But you have to ask them to spray out your wheel wells if you are in a sports car. The actual was doesnt clean the wheel wells good in a sport car. In a suv or truck it is fine.

Through 2 washes, ive been impressed. Card machine absolutely does not work so bring cash or a magician My normal car wash closed down so im still adjusting to a new one but Suds may win me.

Update: I appreciate that the owner sent me a lengthy reply, (although he or she seemed a bit miffed with me.)😬 But in summary, I will go back and give it another try. I didn’t mention that on the day of my visit something technical had happened that caused a delay of around 10 minutes, but the staff was extremely nice and apologized and asked me if I would prefer to come back later. I happily waited as I had some emails to reply. I only mention this because the owner said he watched me go through the car wash but that part was left out. The staff did indeed put soap on the front and the back of my car, but they also used to do the sides, which was important to me as my dog hangs its head out of the car and makes the door panel messy. Previously some of the staff had been there for a while
