Sudstar Car Wash

WARNING!!! Car wash may scratch your paint! I bought the highest package membership for $53. After going through the car wash there were a lot of scratches all over my new AT4. I emailed Taryn Hecker and she refused to issue a refund. She said their brushes don’t go horizontally…which is crazy because they definitely spin horizontally and vertically. I just wanted a refund, I wasn’t even asking for payment for reparations. I just bought this truck and there wasn’t any damage to it before using the car wash.

For the price, you’d think you’d have a spotless car afterward. My husband and I brought both of our cars 2 days in a row and neither of them got completely cleaned or even rinsed all the way. Definitely not coming back. I see there are many with similar experiences.

My experience at Sudstar Car Wash was unacceptable. I recognize that small surface marks can occur with automatic washes. What happened here goes far beyond reasonable. My truck sustained significant paint damage from midway up the body panels, running front to back on both sides. That level and pattern of damage indicates neglected or defective equipment. I have made several documented attempts to contact management. There has been no response whatsoever. When a business operates mechanical equipment that causes this kind of damage, maintenance and accountability aren’t optional. At this point, the lack of communication leaves me no choice but to consider pursuing other remedies to resolve it.

I went throught here the other day and man was I pleased my car came out looking brand spanking new! There was these 2 guys I believe they Said there names were gauge and preston they were super nice and very helpful. 10/10 will come through again!

I've been coming here for a few years now and it seems like this place is not being kept up as well as it could be. First impression, the main screen when you drive up has been damaged for a while now and you can only see prices and details for certain packages, not all. When vacuuming, some parking spaces have no vacuum hoses, and the vacuums have barely any suction.
