The team at Sullivan has always been very helpful. They’ve been honest with service that may or may not be necessary. A+ service and customer service.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Sullivan in Hanover. I have been a very happy regular customer for 20 years, and this week they took care of a nail in my husband's tire, then a few days later saved my car after an oil change (done elsewhere, silly me) went wrong and the car had to be towed. Quick response, great communication (thanks, George!), photos so I can demonstrate the issue, and repair made with no pressure to do more than was necessary. Excellent service, as usual!

i took a car i was purchasing in for a pre-purchase inspection a few months ago and was only told the tires needed replacement, when there were many issues i discovered shortly after which were missed- turns out there were incorrectly installed parts in my car (cabin air filter) and other parts such as the brake fluid, CV axel, and serpentine belt that had significant wear and dry rot, plus dirty cables on the battery that caused my car to no start just a few weeks after the inspection. the inspection itself took a short amount of time, (~25-30 minutes) which now leads me to believe it could have been more thorough. the repairs since this have costed me over $2500 aside from the tires that needed to be replaced which they signified to me. i always take my car to sullivan and they’re usuall

I had a very good experience with the Sullivan entire team, which is consistent across the board. George, my service advisor was very helpful and walked me through. Not only the maintenance that was performed, but also the recommendations next steps.

It was raining very hard when I pulled in and asked them to put air in my tires. The younger man sent the 80 year old out to help me and when he couldn’t another man absolutely pretended to put air in my tires and said I would need to drive to see the updated tire pressure. I drove home and the low pressure warning was still on and the tire pressure didn’t change at all for any of the tires. Totally unprofessional and demeaning to their own employees and customers. If they lie about tire pressure it’s a guarantee they cannot be trusted! How do I know they lied? I went to my dealership and they treated me with professionalism, respect and I watched the tire pressure warning disappear and all 4 tires were brought back up to normal tire pressure within 5 minutes.
