Sullivan Tire in Hyannis, MA is a place where I will bring my business to . They are very helpfull and treat there customers very good. I am very happy with the tires I purchased there and the level of service that they provided. I would highly recommend them for your tires.

I was charged $75 per tire without my consent or prior disclosure which is double the normal price. This pricing was never explained or authorized, and I only learned of it after the work was done. When you’re dealing with a service business, transparency matters and this experience lacked it. I would not return and would caution others to get pricing in writing before agreeing to any work.

Had a blow out on Friday night while on vacation. Due to leave to return home Saturday morning. Called 5 different places to find a replacement tire, but none had the needed size. Called Sullivan fully expecting to hear the same "can't get it till Monday". Joe said they had them in stock at his warehouse and could have the tire there by 2 PM. Waited in the parking lot for a couple of hours for the tire to be delivered. The workers were very busy and so efficient. Joe and Jen at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. Tire arrived a Hal hour early, and we were back on the road home in half and hour. Sullivan saved our vacation and sanity. I cannot thank them enough.

Had car serviced today and was very pleased. Quick service, friendly staff, great communication and great customer service. Will recommend this company to anyone.
