Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

Sullivan Tire provided an exceptional experience. I scheduled an appointment online, but I had forgotten to select the tires I wanted during my online request. A representative promptly reached out to ensure I received the correct tires, and we got my appointment set for the next day. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional. I’ll definitely be returning.

Made an appointment for 8 am for wheel balancing, planned on waiting at the shop. Was told when I arrived that it would be a 2 hour wait. Went to work, called in the afternoon and was told car would be ready at 5. Called at 5 and was told car wouldn’t be ready until 6. Why make an appointment if it’s going to take 10 hours to do a service that shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. If I wasn’t calling I wouldn’t have heard any updates on what was going on.

Outside of supplying and installing and aligning the new tires for free, an impossibility!, there is nothing that could have made my experience better! Every person I came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. That a service was provided to get me home and back when the work was scheduled within a few hours window was icing on the cake. I will absolutely be returning for future car care and will recommend Sullivan Tire to my friends. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service!

During a busy week, and battling some staff illnesses, store manager Angelica Duran came through big-time and worked well past closing time in order to deliver my vehicle by the end of the day as promised. Great value, excellent customer service and this store has earned my loyalty- I'll most definitely be back. Thanks again!

Dropped my car off for a simple inspection and they said it would be done within a hour and they would call me. Three hours later and radio silence, so I dropped by. Said it would be done shortly and I proceeded to wait for another hour. Took four hours for a simple inspection, with no communication or sense of urgency. Can’t vouch for their other services but would not recommend for an inspection
