Always great service. One time, I could have sworn that I needed new tires or a wheel. And these guys, it sold me straight. It's nice to know you can have your car worked on these days and not get ripped off. Thanks sully!!!

I came to Sullivan Tire on Monday asking for winter tires, and if possible, Continental Viking Contact 8 for my wheels. I was told everything would be ordered and ready, and my appointment for Wednesday at 10 AM was confirmed. But when I arrived today for my appointment, I was told that my order was not processed for some unknown reason. The tires were not in the shop, and apparently they had been bought by someone else some time ago. No one explained why this happened, and no one notified me in advance. Instead, I got this “surprise” only when I showed up for the appointment. If I had been told on Monday that the tires were not available, I would have immediately looked at other brands or gone to another shop and ordered a different set right away. Wow, who knew getting your tire changed could be so great! I wish I caught the name of the guy who helped me. He sprinted out to my car to check the tire, and was genuinely disappointed when he couldn't patch it and had to replace it instead. Love this place and people!

We are regulars at Sullivan in Watertown! Service is excellent as is the communication, from setting up the appointment (online) to checkout. They've accommodated us in urgent situation (loss of tire pressure), and we feel like we get good advice.

8/10 Excellent advice and service. Prompt installation. I was very impressed by Sullivan. I will make them my first call next time. Why not a 10? Nothing to do with Sullivan. It’s the industry. So many brands, so many models, so hard to make an informed choice. I used Consumer Reports, Wirecutter and ChatGPT. None helped. I feel the industry is set up to make it inevitable that we overpay.
