Alex Rooney and Adrianne Ames helped myself and my husband through a rough time as my 2025 Explorer ST Line was totaled. Got us into a 2026 Explorer ST made feel extremely welcomed. This is the third vehicle Adrianne helped us with and we will definitely go through both Adrianne and Alex on our next purchase. Awesome people.

Shocked this place has such great reviews. If you are like me, new here haven't heard from people who have been here, and read reviews and end up scheduling your car for service here (sorry): Check your car out throughly before you drop it off (take pics) and look it over really well when you get it back. They will damage your car and won't tell you. Our car tire damage looked like someone drove up a ramp too skinny for the tires or ran the tire allll the way down a curb, and after a rotation and alignment there was a screw in the tire, manager said "these things are easy to miss". AFTER the car was serviced and you ADDED on the tire alignment and rotation? yeah, your whole job is to inspect and rotate the tires and you miss a whole screw? I honestly don't want to waste another second thin

As always, I had an amazing experience! My 2018 Jeep Cherokee came along with a two-year warranty and I got my oil changed my fluids topped off my tires rotated and balanced, and it was supposed to take a couple hours… But I was out within an hour. Everyone was so friendly, especially the young lady that was corresponding with me giving me updates, but I can’t remember her name. She deserves five stars and a raise!

Excellent communication, great service for a fair price. I will definitely return to this dealership. Everything was fixed right the first time. I really love their shuttle service and the fact that they dropped off a loner for me. Johnny my service advisor was pleasant and easy to work with.

Great experience at Summerville Ford. Lindsey Gonzalez was an excellent Service Advisor. She was professional, detailed, and informative. Also, I sat in the waiting area until the service was completed, and every employee that walked by said hello! Summerville Ford has a nice and welcoming environment!
