Worked out the cost for repairs made the appointment I needed which was accommodating. The staff was very polite and professional. Kate kept me updated and informed on my vehicle and the work was done the proposed time given. Will be coming back and reccomend you give them a call.

Integrity is in the name and deservedly so. After recommending a fix that was a bit expensive, it turned out not to be the actual problem. Summit Integrity declined to charge me for the repair or even the initial diagnostic. This shop has earned a customer for life many times over by now, and it continues to prove why.

DISCLAIMER🚨🚨, for new years I had terrible experience with this place. I’ve had work done before and not had much problems besides communication being iffy. LONG STORY short they told me a price for two cars over the phone and when I get there after they worked on one car they upped the price by $500. Next I get in the car and the CHECK ENGINE light is now on (stay with me)! They then tried to charge me $155 to figure out what’s wrong and say it’ll be more to fix it “if it’s something they did”. After I threatened to sue they decided to look for free and found that they put a plug in backwards! Not to mention giving me crap/anger for wanting my car back in the condition I gave it. LASTLY during that process one of the mechanics lied and mentioned that my engine cover was missing when it ca
