My experience with Eldora, Vanessa, and her staff was absolutely amazing! I had a quote from Safelite that they couldn’t beat, but the key part wasn’t even the money. It was the exceptional customer service they provided. Starting with Eldora, who picked up the phone and was incredibly helpful and patient. Vanessa, the manager, was also very kind and helpful. She even gave me a $20 discount without me asking. They gave me a world-class service and treated me like family! I highly recommend Sun State to anyone.

I called this place to get my passenger side window replaced and as I was getting a quote which was $385 i asked the women the breakdown on that cost and she replied with a sarcastic attitude asking if I was gonna be the one to install the glass as if I was asking a ridiculous question and I’m suppose to just pay without asking questions. Very rude, not helpful. First impressions are everything to me. Will not recommend anyone going there for a window replacement. I went to Orange blossom auto glass and I got a better deal instead $310 and got a way better customer service experience. Boo to this shop 👎🏼 do better!

I came on in for an appointment with a Tesla. I just recently fractured my ankle in multiple places. I was not able to catch the two front desk, ladies names but they were very nice with accommodating with my leg so it didn’t swell on up. This really meant a lot to me! The auto glass installation went great and the piece of glass looks awesome. thank you so much!

The best place to replaced you vehicle windshield is sun state auto glass, Joseph such a great guy with his team take care of my Tesla model S. Great place to get your glass replace is here. Very friendly staff
