Super Sonic Smog

This is my go-to smog shop. Fast, reasonable prices, very helpful. I really don’t understand the bad reviews about “the man with a ponytail at the front desk/office.” MarC is one of my all time favorites in Petlauma. Not only is he a veteran (thank you for your service), his sense of humor is priceless, as is his knowledge on vehicles and smogging. He gave me a lot of helpful advice for my car to pass smog with a new battery just put in. Overall, he’s a treasure chest full of helpful information and is actually a very kind, caring person. You give respect, you get respect. It’s as simple as that. See you next time, Marc.

Called this place with some simple questions. Worst customer service demeanor I’ve had this century. Thank you for guiding me to a different shop that actually wanted my business.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. There are way to many smog shops around to waste your time here, and many for less than $70. Place was a mess, office smelled like an ashtray, and the employees were uninterested and rude. I arrived and asked the guy testing the cars if he had time as I was on m lunch and would need it to be under an hour, he said "no problem I'll get you out in 30 min, working on one and one in front of you." Perfect. I go into the office to check it in and saw the $70, higher end for a smog, but no biggie. The guy in the office had the personality of a phone book, and couldn't get him to say much. Also no biggie, but a little customer "service" would have been nice. I sit outside, and he finishes the two vehicles in front of me which took most of the 30 minute

Amazing spot for an efficient car smog! Helpful and funny staff. Grateful to have these guys in Petaluma :)
