Super Wash

It's was 3.00 dollars in delphos is 1.50 a big difference in prices for sure but my van needed a wash lol

This establishment has made good and needed improvements and, today, had a worker there cleaning stalls and the exterior. There is a need for competition with the new facility and it appears Decatur Super Wash is up to the task. My compliments and go get’em!

I went through the automated car wash with dryer March 12, 2021 and it stopped mid way 4 times, it did not finish the wash. When it finally opened so I could leave the dryer did not come on and my car had soap on it and spots. I called to get a refund and still have not received a call back. I had to go elsewhere to wash my car again. I even took pictures I wish I could post. People was in line to use after me but left cause they could see it was not operating correctly. Also at the time of the wash my card said it was charged $10 but once it cleared my bank it had charged me $11. I would not recommend this place, they couldn't even call back after I left a message and was told I was to get a call back 24-48 hours later.I also have been calling and nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERR

I have used the turbo wash other places and loved them. So I did the best package they offered which was supposed to be 2 full wask cycles and three rinse. However it still only did 1 of each. Second the spot free did not work. Also the water is so hard that after going through and getting spot free and using dryer I had hard water spots all over the car. So dirt and grime gone replaced with hard water spots. Paid $11 for all options and other than underbody wash got the $8 wash. 4/9/23. Paid for 9 wash and still only got 1 wash and 1 rinse. Did not do well on bugs at all. Bluffton superwash does a much better job.

Always good vacuums and clean washing bays. Change machine always works. Last week I lost a few bucks in the vacuum which has never happened in yearsss but I couldn’t find a number to let someone know and there wasn’t an attendant on duty.
