Great shop! Very honest with their work and pricing. Will not add on additional work and parts if not needed. Pricing for both the front brakes and rotors were significantly less than other competitors. Ryan was great handling the front desk, customer service and his mechanics. Very personable and Transparent about the job that they are doing. He brought me to the back and showed me what was needed to be repaired, the condition of the old parts, and the new parts that will be installed. Overall, a great shop and will definitely be recommended those that need auto service.

Superior Auto Care is my new trusted autoshop. I had a misfire in my engine and replaced the coil at O'Reilly, but they gave me the wrong one. When I still had issues, I found Superior on Google and gave them a call. They let me come in immediately on a Saturday, 1.5 hours before close. Jason helped me at the counter and immediately made me feel welcome, which was very helpful as I was stressed to the max. I was supposed to go on a 14 hour road trip the next day, and so Jason got Miguel (master mechanic) to take a quick look. Miguel quickly went through a tune up and came out and explained the coil issue and that the sparkplugs were gasping for life. When I voiced financial concerns, he immediately went over to Jason and worked through all of the options to get the best price on labor and

Experience was 5 star. Jason's customer service skills are stellar and all work performed was properly documented with pictures presented to the customer during review. In addition, pricing was fair and quality of work was masterful. Definitely superior auto care and I highly recommend to anyone considering getting work done here (this review referencing work performed on front brakes on a small Mercedes sedan).

I love that this place is still family owned and operated. They are so friendly and professional. They always explain everything so it's easy to understand. They are very reasonably priced, too. They go above and beyond and double check. They are also very patient with all of my questions.
