This is the best dealership service team ever! Woody and the service Manager, Derrick, worked so hard to figure out what was going on with my 2011 Chevy Equinox and it's now working correctly! I'm am truly truly grateful. After being, mislead and taken advantage of by so many others (including other local dealerships) for the past four years, I almost gave up hope. But I thank God for this team of people. They honored their word, were fair, and even called in help from the GM company when they were unsure. That shows a lot of character and morals. We went here for short notice for an emergent issue as our usual mechanic was on vacation. We paid $200 for the diagnosis, x3 more than any sensible person would charge. They never looked at or test drove our vehicle and lied to our faces about what the issue was. Everyone we spoke to was so awkward and strange acting like they'd never seen black people before. They're too lazy to work on your car, charge too much, and their service was laughably bizarrely bad. Edit: 1 day later they called us harassing us to take our review down. Never once did the caller offer to honor the $200 we paid and actually look at our vehicle. They essentially said their sales person didn't give us details their mechanic had jotted down. I want to give a more thorough recount of my the experience my partner (Keshandra Drew) and I had at Superior Chevrolet. Our service advisor was Adam Pelkey. My partner pulled her car into their garage at 7 and Adam came out to talk to her. While I was parking my own car, she talked to Adam for a few minutes about the issue the car was having and why we were here. My partner, myself, and Adam then went into his cubicle and talked more about what the car was experiencing; and to us it felt like Adam was disregarding the information she was giving him about her car, which is utterly flabbergasting as she is the primary driver and the owner of the vehicle. Purchased a 2013 wrangler on fathers day last year. Within 2 days had major issues with the vehicle leaking fluids and rust everywhere inside and out. Tried to resolve issue with the manager and he told me there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle and nothing he could do for me. I should have had someone look for me but thankfully their website said the vehicle was in near perfect condition and all I had to do was send the undercarriage/leak pics and website pics/description and Wells Fargo pulled the loan from them. Within 3 hours of being told there’s nothing they could do for me they called and wanted to take the vehicle back ASAP. If you deal with shady people from here, call your bank immediately. This was the sales floor manager not just the sales rep.
