There is no contact number for issues, the supermatic wash charged my card $13 and activated the wash and nothing happened no water no soap or anything

Superwash auto wash is sketchy and will take your card without washing your car. It’s done it to me twice and no phone number to dispute Use the hand wash for a better experience.

I paid for my automatic car wash (the pay station worked just fine!) I started to pull into the bay and realized no directional lights were on and there appeared to be parts missing. No employees were around, so I am out the wash. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this had happened here.

I’m not one to complain, but this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had a car wash. If I could rate them 0 Stars, I would. I payed $7 for a “super classic wash” where I get my car washed with SOAP, an undercar rinse, then a high pressure rinse, a polish and then a “spot free rinse”. Well what I received was no soap, just water sprayed on my car, a high pressure rinse, NO polish and a spot-free rinse. So I payed $7 to get my car hosed down. When I spoke to the “manager of 10 years” he states that it was in fact soap and had me go through again. The same thing happened once again no soap and no polish. He then tells me that the polish is mixed in with the high pressure rinse. I told him I would just like a refund and I’d be on my way. He refused to give me a refund and gave me a coupon for

Another poor experience, one automatic out of order and the one I used didn't clean much and left a lot of soap. Used hand wash bay then and lighting is so bad that I was guessing what I was doing. Not a surprise that Club carwash is so busy.
