Surratt Auto Center

I use Surratt’s Auto Service for both business and personal vehicles. The customer service is exceptional providing detailed explanations for their recommendations, accurate estimates, and timely completion. The workmanship is beyond reproach. The company vehicles serviced to date have had the respective issue(s) resolved with no rework needed. Their performance has led me to use their services on my personal vehicles and they have continued to provide outstanding services with care and quality. I strongly recommend Surratt’s Auto Service for your business and/or personal vehicle maintenance needs and repair work.

Had my oil changed, tires rotated, windshield repaired, and undercarriage checked after encountering an alarming amount of road debris on a recent trip. Very comfortable with the quality of the work done. The staff listens well, is clear with recommendations, and accurate with prices. Surratt has been working on my cars for about 10 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very please with our service, even if we weren’t able to do the work due to expenses. I didn’t feel we were taken advantage of in any way, because they even said they agreed with my plan to just replace the vehicle since we owe less on it than we were quoted for a repair. Front Desk Lady (I wish I caught her name and feel horrible now) was VERY sweet and made me feel very welcomed. Everything was communicated thoroughly, and I left satisfied, so much so that I will absolutely be back in the future. This is the type of company that ACTUALLY “treats you like family”

I was on my way back from Maryland to Georgia when my car started misfiring out of nowhere. I found this shop and I’m so grateful I did! They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly — no runaround or pressure. The customer service was some of the sweetest I’ve ever experienced. You can tell they genuinely care about people, not just making money. They even gave me a list of other maintenance I should look into down the road, just to help me keep my car running strong. Honest, professional, and truly kind — I highly recommend them if you want a mechanic you can trust!

When my battery light came on Tuesday morning at the Virginia line, it had catastrophe written all over it. I was on a cross country delivery that had to be there on time, with little room for error. But the beautiful people at Surratt Auto Center swooped in and saved me like Superman saves Lois Lane. They had me diagnosed, fixed up, and out the door quicker than I could of ever thought possible, and I made it to Laredo with time to spare! God bless you Bill, your staff, Mom and Dad, for 55 years of excellence, and for 55 more!
