Short version: My car broke down less than 15 mins after leaving this shop. Full story (because it matters): Took my car in to get my door handle fixed and my belt replaced. I know my car needed work, so when they recommended replacing my tires, rear brakes, rear caliber, and transmission oil cooler hose, I agreed. I dropped it off Wednesday and they finished it Friday. They called after 5 pm saying the car is completed but the shop is closing and I can pay over the phone and they'll leave my keys inside my unlocked car. That's kind of crazy! So I said I'll pick it up and pay on Monday since I don't feel comfortable doing that. The women I spoke to made it seem like it was such an inconvenience for me to not pay then and there. Been taking my F150 there since it was Shuppe's. Over the weekend the starter went out on my truck. I had the truck towed to Syverson's on Saturday afternoon and called them Monday morning. They were able to fit it in and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Fair pricing and quality work is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.

My car is approaching 200k miles, so repair decisions are as much about not wanting to waste money as they are about the quality of the ride. My brakes were in need of repair, so I got a quote from Syverson (I've been coming here for years, through two different owners). First, the quote. It included contingency costs in case it was determined that I needed more work done. Always good to know in advance. I was willing to pay up to the cost including that contingency, so I said "Do that if you have to. If you don't have to make those repairs, feel free to fix anything else that's wrong within the limits of that contingency." I had Syverson do some work on my Jeep before going on a road trip to CO. They were able to get me in for last minute brake job before hitting the road at a very fair price. Unfortunately there were some issues with the work and we ended up having some problems with the front brakes in CO. BUT I will say, while there were issues, they went as far out of their way to help fix them as they could. The mechanic took ownership of it, explained to me how to navigate a NAPA warranty process through a shop in CO, and did everything he could to make it right. I was able to get the problem fixed and back on the road the next day, and it was covered through warranty.
