Take 5 Car Wash

My experience was great! The staff was very helpful and the Site Manager, I believe name is Earle provided excellent advise on which wash would be best! I will definitely be back!

Fast, friendly, and professional! The team at Take 5 took great care of my car and had me in and out in no time. They explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me, and the customer service was on point. I love that I didn’t even have to get out of my car lsuper convenient! Definitely my go-to spot for oil changes from now on.

These must all be fake reviews. The comments on all their social media are people trying to get refunds. I came to this carwash on Dorchester Road in February 2025, got the RFID sticker 958962518, and put in a cancellation request 03/29/25. It's been charging me for the last 11 months. I demand a refund of $17 x 11 = $187. I will escalate this. Horrible service. Do not go here

I have been going to this car wash as a member since they opened up. The day after thanksgiving I went to get my car washed.The guy that was working that morning was rude as hell. I canceled my subscription wouldn't recommend. The employee's when they first opened were pleasant and friendly.The new ones they hired not so much.

This carwash has been scamming my elderly father out of money by signing him up for a monthly program he never agreed to. We noticed he had a debit listed under "Franks Carwash" coming out every month. When I found out that was actually Take 5, I called their customer service line. They agreed to stop the automatic debits and said I would receive a confirmation email. I never got one, and they continued to debit my father's checking account. I had to do a stop payment through his bank and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would avoid this place.
