Take 5 Oil Change

Wanted to get on here and say that I was very hesitant to have someone else change my oil for the first time. When I got there I knew my Nissan Skyline R32 would be a challenge for them so I helped them out the best I could and they were very understanding. Everyone there was super nice and communicative. They got it done. Not many places would. ( not many places would even take on the challenge. )

They are right next to my home and super convenient. The guy helping me was doing a great job multi tasking and getting everyone taken care of pretty much alone. was able to play fetch w my pup in the grass out front so he's into it too.

Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. I just wanted an oil change, but felt strongly pressured for several upcharges. I agreed to a cabin air filter which did need replacing, but I was not told the price upfront. On the bill it was over $50. I later found the part on the Subaru website for $20 and $12 at Advanced Auto Parts. If I go back to Take 5, I would simply have them do the oil change and leave everything else to do either myself or a more cost conscious mechanic.

Andrew and the two mechanics completing the service were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They explained what they were doing and my car is running very smoothly now. Thank you for the wonderful and speedy service complete with a nice water bottle to sip in my car while they worked on my vehicle! I highly recommend this place for an excellent experience!

This was my first time here, and I will definitely be back. I didn’t know what to expect, but the whole staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explain every step of the process. The technicians were very honest with what needed replacing and what could wait until the next oil change. The pricing was fair and they were way more thorough than the place I had been taking my car for the past ten years. I’m glad I tried them out!
