Amazing service. I am new to the area and concerned about my coolant I pulled in and without a fuss the sweetest tech topped it off. Simple gesture and I will be getting my oil changed this month. Peace of mind and on my way. Love this team!

UPDATE to the Owner’s Reply below: Let’s be clear, we DID contact the store multiple times about this. My dad even went in and met with the manager twice! We explained that the damage was caused by your technician, and there was absolutely no accountability and no real assistance provided. We also reached out to your corporate office in Charlotte and never heard back from anyone. On top of that, the Firestone report clearly states that the issue was caused by your technician’s error. There’s no debate here, YOUR team caused the damage, and we were left to deal with the consequences. Your technician’s negligence ended up costing us nearly $900 for something as basic as an oil change. A company should take responsibility for their mistakes instead of leaving customers to pay out of pocket. T

Henry at the Take 5 on Hillsborough Rd was amazing and I’d highly recommend him to anyone who doesn’t know much about cars and would like to learn more about it, or if you need routine service but didn’t know that you may need other services too. I’ll definitely be back for him! Great Job!

I love this service. Being able to stay in the car while getting an oil change allows me to continue working from my laptop while the work is completed. These guys were polite, professional, and communicated very well. They gave recommendations for additional services, like air filter and coolant flush change, without being pushy on accepting them. I will definitely be back!
