Take 5 Oil Change

Amazing service and amazing people. Scott the store manager is very polite and informative when I had questions. Darien was very efficient and sweet when getting my information. Last but not least I can not forget Jesse and Tina working hard providing the Take5 service we all love and expect. Everyone worked as a team it is great to see. Thank you to the team in Inverness yall are amazing. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know to come by and get their service done with yall. Keep up the amazing work!

As I waited in the car line, a friendly service tech came out to greet me, and offered me a bottled water. Nice! Once in the service bay, the service tech confirmed what I was there for, and pulled up my vehicle's service record for reference. The service tech asked me about various optional services (wipers, air filters, coolant fluid flush, etc.), and it did not feel like a 'hard upsell'. Overall service was thorough and quick, and I was thanked after we were all wrapped up. This was my third visit to this location and it is consistently great!!

Would’ve been perfect except I got behind a guy who needed extra attention so it was a bit of a wait while the other line moved. Once in the bay everything was explained to me by the technicians and I was in and out in about 10 mins. It’s great! Beats spending a chunk of the day at the dealership! Total price was as expected for synthetic oil. I’ll be back!
