Take 5 Oil Change

They tore up my oil pan in my x5 and torqued my drain plug. I reached out to the regional manager back on 2.13.26 and he still hasn’t responded as of today 2.21.26. If I was able to give 0/5 that would’ve been the rating. I have receipts and pictures. I have reached out to my legal team and waiting for their solution

I was greated as soon as I drove in and water offered to everyone in the car, while getting my oil changed my daughter was offered a couple lollipops, all my fluids where topped, which included windshield washing fluid, antifreeze, my air filter even got upgraded and my oil looked really good after completing. The extra bonuses is I can stop anytime to replace up to 2 quarts of oil, antifreeze, windshield washing fluid. This is really nice feature that doesn't cost anything extra, I'll definitely be coming back next oil change time, very happy 😊 customer 🥰

I had a great experience. My son and I were given bottles of water while we were getting an oil change, and my son got a free granola bar. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. It was on the more expensive side but I guess you’re paying for convenience. They topped off my coolant and even cleaned my windshield.

The customer service here is amazing! Immediately welcomed with water and snacks free of charge for the whole family. Our techs were Alejandro and Cormar. I will no longer take my business anywhere.

Alex and the store manager named Sean or Eric I cant remember which one it was lol I'm sorry pretty sure it was Sean lol but they were very friendly and professional. The service was so fast; literally in and out. I'm keeping my business with them and I really appreciate the welcoming service😃
