Great and friendly techs. Hot the oil change,They filled my washer fluid, but I don't think they checked any other fluids, and did not check my tire pressure. But did check my filters and wipers. They also found that my oil plug was stripped and replaced it. I will definitely go back and remind them to check all fluids and tire pressure.
I went to the Take 5 Lockport NY location in February for an oil change. Upon arrival I asked the gentleman who came out to my car how much an oil change was. He said between $89 and $120. So I asked him if I could use the 25 percent coupon I had. He said yes. I waited about 10 minutes then proceeded inside for my oil change. I chose the mid grade oil, when he was finished he said I owe home $123. I asked about my coupon he said I was supposed to tell him upon arrival. I told him I told the other guy that was there. He said he could not give me the discount. Very DISAPPOINTED!!! There were only 2 workers there.
Monte & the team at Take 5 in Lockport were exceptional!!! Monte has outstanding customer service skills & was a true gentleman. He even answered some personal preference questions about his goto places for pizza pies, Italian and who really has the best wings in Buffalo!!! They were quick, efficient and did an outstanding job! No nonsense, no upsells and total transparency. I appreciate you Monte and team!!! See you next time!!!

From the moment I pulled in, the staff was welcoming, offered me a bottle of water, and kept things light with their friendly and funny attitudes. They were professional, quick, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need—which I really appreciated. Even better, they offered me a discount! Highly recommend if you're looking for fast, honest, and quality service. I'll definitely be back!
They did an extremely great job. I had to be somewhere at a certain time and they absolutely made that happen. All the tires were taken care of the oil was perfect. They were very nice very respectful very knowledgeable and just a very great job very friendly. They recommend them greatly to anyone who wants a good job done that’s in a hurry
