Take 5 Oil Change

I took my Mercedes for a service; Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. Good to see Young Black boys doing positive things. Thank you Take 5 for helping save our future by taking a chance at hiring them. For that alone you get 5 ⭐️

My first impression was a very good one. I went for an oil change but I I was advised to get an air filter and coolant coolant exchange, which was needed because I like to go so I had these things done. I was very please with the greeting I received also. I also said that I will return again.

Summary: Overall, it is nice to have a quick oil change without waiting hours. I do have pros and cons to report. PROS: You stay in your vehicle. You get immediate attention from crews. They communicate with each other well and work in teams of 3-5 techs. They are quick at servicing your vehicle. They are thorough in checking your vehicle. On top of that, the manager double checks the service before calling it complete. He then talked to me afterwards. That's good quality control and supervision. In and out in around 30 minutes. CONS: What I did not like was no upfront transparency on pricing was given at the start. The business is all about the 'upsale' meaning they find many reasons to sell you other stuff to make more money. They did persuade me to get a new cabin filter, but charged

Mason is by far the most humble manager I ever met my dog was with me n he not only gave her water n a treat let her lick him as he pet her he was amazing. His coworker was very sweet and funny as well. The whole first experience was amazing I fully recommend them to and and everyone n furry friend as well

Let me start by saying management was very nice and made everything right IMMEDIATELY when it was brought to their attention - I just think these techs need more training or should do a simple google search before handling tasks/ own up to what happened because there’s no way they didn’t know.. I came for an oil change in my 4Runner- everything was great till I left and noticed the trans feeling like it was slipping and jerking me around. I went back and the manager redid my oil change and said to let him know if I had any more issues. I took it to Toyota today to be sure because I had a hunch the transmission fluid was drained. It was and the crush washer had not even been replaced - Toyota fixed it and the manager at Take 5 was very kind and paid for the services and refunded me for the
