Your slogan is to have a quick service when you go to change oil. It was not the case on my service at this location at Rio Grande, it tooks 40 to 45 minutes!! The guys there were not the same since the begining until they finish with the oil change. Normaly I do my service at Houston locations where I live and the service take only 10 minutes and with only one guy doing the whole oil change.. Will be good for the manager to take a visit to these Houston locations to learn how to do it quick. This site at Rio Grande is not recommended if you need a quick service.
Our service was absolutely terrible. We took our brand new car that we just purchased in October for its first oil change to Take 5 in Rio Grande City, Texas. To start off with it took them forever to locate the VIN on the car. It was 2 young kids, one of which had only been working there a month, who were helping us. The manager saw the type of car we had which was a 2026 Rogue and stayed away. They got the oil drained but the kids discovered they needed to take the skid plate off from the bottom of the car. The kids told the manager about it and he told them I don’t really know how to do that and y’all have to learn. In the mean time the kids were trying to get it off. The manager was servicing all the other cars that came in, 4 cars to be exact came and left while the kids were still t

Absolutely THE BEST service today by Gus and Steph! I was almost out of oil, I was anxious about being in the 105 degree heat and something happening to my car. I pulled in and I was out with all I needed done perfectly in 20 minutes! I will go out of my way to give them my business. I have no connection to this business at all- but they now have a lifetime customer! Thank you Take 5 RGC!!!
