Yesterday was my first time going to Take 5. I saw the reviews and suggestions about the coupons found on the company website. Sign up was easy and I received the link right away for the 25% off coupon. The gentlemen that attended to my needs so beyond friendly, informative and outgoing. He was polite and educated me about their services every step of the way even giving me advise to better my vehicle’s performance. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to take 5 (wink) and go check out Take 5.
Excellent. Went in for an oil and filter change, tire pressure check and rear windshield wiper change. Received professional and courteous service. They explained everything in detail to me so I could easily understand my options and no surprises. Reasonable pricing.
Excelent customer service. They were helpful and informative. The oil change was pretty fast and convenient since you dont have to leave your car. Will definitely be back again in the future.
HORRIBLE ! make sure you watch them open your hood of the car and watch every detail ! they snapped off my air filter hose ! they lied and said it was already broken but had a young kid changing my oil who accidentally snapped my air filter hose leaning on it when he was trying to unscrew a part underneath the hood! when i asked to speak to a manager the kid lied and said he was the manager so i will be there everyday until the issue is resolved!! and if nothing is done i will be getting police involved and extending the matter ! this was the first oil change i had since the car and nothing was broken under my hood this vehicle was fully inspected at purchase when the guy doing my oil change went for the filter after i said i dont want it changed they waited until after to announce the dam
The two gentleman that worked on my car were very professional and courteous. They explained to me what my options were and did not try to upsell me on more premium oil. I had a very good experience and would be happy to recommend take five to anybody that needs to get their oil changed.
