I came in for oil change. Great service from manager on duty. I feel like I was told $100 for coolant flush. I saw it was $120 later on bill. I don't have a problem with air filter charge. I will likely return anyways. I could of misheard him, I still would of done it. Price a bit much for simple coolant flush that took 3 minutes. The service from manager on duty was excellent, just maybe a bit much price wise.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, went there this past Friday to get an oil change. Was 200 dollars for the oil change and a cabin filter, apon leaving my car started profusely smoking from the engine bay in traffic, came back to see there was oil spilled all over my manifolds and the top of the motor. Went back the first time and all they did was wipe it the best they could and sent me on my way saying that it shouldn’t smoke anymore. Left for the second time and was still smoking, was very embarrassing sitting in traffic and having my car look like it’s about to break down. Went back a second time and they sprayed everything with degreaser and this all happened on Friday. I had a great experience! PJ the manager was very helpful and made me understand everything that was going on! I never know what’s going on when I get car services but they really explained everything! Definitely will only be going here again and it was done in less than 20 min which usually places take over an hour just for an oil change! The whole staff was awesome and professional!!
Visited the location on N Main, Summerville SC. I had used Pit Stop for the last 8 years, but on purchasing a Land Rover, they wouldn’t service it. Your crew was very professional and efficient. I have 1200+ on Facebook and I will recommend they go there. Great bunch of guys!
