Take 5 Oil Change

I had a bit of a wait but that meant they were busy because they’ve been doing a good job.

Austin was very helpful, professional, and kind. He gave me a solution to everything I needed. And it was all reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone go see him!

Probably won’t be back Cheaper at my local shop plus dude told me that my back windshield didn’t have a wiper blade on. It told him it’d be fine that I’d fix it later. Knowing good and well, I just changed it not too long ago. I checked it and what do you know it’s completely fine. And then he also tried to upsell me to get a Coolant exchange. Which is the holidays I don’t have that kind of money to be throwing around for vehicle stuff. I came there for an oil change, and that was it.

Service was fast and friendly every time I've gone. However, this last time I went they marked several things as pass or clear they either did not do, inspect, or perform. My tires were not topped off, my windshield was not cleaned and my transmission was marked as safe when they were unable to check the levels as per the attendant. My air filter was marked as clean, but they pushed for a cleaning, and lastly my wiper blades were makes as good when they were not. Great service, but shoddy on the inspections and other services.

Today they were short handed when I arrived. The employee advised me to come back in 30 minutes as they only had two employees there at the time. I opted to wait. About 30 minutes later they started on my truck. I paid $98.00 for a full synthetic high mileage oil change. That was with a $25 coupon. Before they started on my truck three other employees came in. The service is great, but that cost is very expensive for a 3,000 mile oil change. They wanted to replace both air filters and wipers. I can’t imagine what it would cost for all of that. Excellent service. High cost.
