Take 5 Oil Change

They changed my oil and air filter, but one of the workers accidentally broke my dip stick during the service. They were able to order the part and replace it quickly for me. They took the initiative to correct their mistake and made it right. Would definitely recommend this place for oil changes.

Went for an oil change. The technician said the plug was oversized and he was afraid he wouldn’t be able to get it back in and then my car would’ve had to have been towed and he didn’t want that to happen. He topped off all the fluids and put air in my tires and refused to charge me anything even though I told him there should be some kind of service fee. He was very nice and professional and I appreciated his concern.

These folks are very nice and polite but unfortunately I got there atvthe best time because they got really stacked up right after I arrived and I sort if felt bad for the late arrivers because it took them a long time to do the “Take Five” 10 minute routine!!! To be fair they were as efficient as possible but they were short handed and trying to train new people at the same time! They did a GREAT JOB and was well worth the extra time required for it, especially the veteran discount program and I think seniors also get a discount too!! Nice folks doing a hot, dirty job and doing it well!!!!!!

Had a great experience at the Take 5 on university! Probably the first time I’ve been to a quick stop oil change and didn’t have someone try to upsell me. Even gave me some tips on making things last longer. Great service, friendly techs—I’ll be going back (in about 4k miles. :)

One of the best experiences I've had. Took a project truck there. Good oil, good price(for my very high milage 5.4L). And they were knowledgeable, enough to talk about part wear, fix my oil pan. Good people and experience. Would recommend!
